My journey into holistic healing began 10 years ago when I started experiencing a myriad of health problems including joint pain, fatigue, infections, dizziness, persistent nosebleeds and fevers.
I was getting progressively worse despite seeing a growing list of doctors, specialists and various integrated health practitioners. I had cabinets full of prescriptions, supplements, vitamins, detoxes, you name it, I tried it. Accompanying my physical health challenges were persistent worries about my health, a sense of helplessness and shame.
All of this was mirroring a long held subconscious belief that I was deficient and defective. That there was something inherently wrong with me. What I came to learn was that this subconscious belief is very common after early life attachment ruptures, which was the case for me.
In the midst of my health crisis, I enrolled in a earth-based healing school, wildernessFusion, where after 4 years I became a Niasziih Practitioner, roughly translated as a vessel of healing.
To be honest, when I first started, I mostly just wanted to heal myself and get back to where I was before I got sick. However, I was introduced to new language, new concepts and a new way of thinking and being with myself.
After I completed the 4 year program, I was still intrigued and curious about energy work and spirituality. I spent the next several years exploring and training in various spiritual, yogic and energy healing modalities ranging from Kundalini yoga, Reiki, Internal Family Systems and working with Tutors from the internationally acclaimed Arthur Findlay College in the UK (referred to by many as the real Hogwarts school). In 2023 I became certified as an Intuitive Guide.
Looking back now I see my physical and mental dis-ease as a doorway (opportunity) into a different way of relating to myself.
One that has connected me to these realms that fascinate me. One that opened me up to the Divinity that flows in and through me. One where I know my unique abilities benefit others - just like you.
